COVID-19 Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of drivers and customers. All deliveries are contact-free, meaning no signature is required. Currently, there is no impact on our delivery services, but we encourage customers to use their home address for delivery. Carrier guidelines can be found on their respective websites, and dispatch emails will include delivery details.
Standard Delivery Options:

Free Standard Delivery (Orders £0.99 - £14.99) – Delivered in 2-3 days

Free Standard Tracked Delivery (Orders £15 - £50) – Delivered in 2-3 days

Free Next Day Tracked Delivery (Orders Over £50) – Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for free next-day delivery (UK Mainland only).

Next Day Tracked Delivery (Orders Below £50) – £4.99, applies to orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK Mainland only).

Tracked Delivery Upgrade (Orders up to £14.99) – £1.99 to upgrade standard delivery.
United Kingdom Offshore Deliveries:
- Free Standard Delivery and Free Tracked Delivery for orders above £15, estimated 2-3 days.
- Upgrade to Tracked Delivery for £1.99 on orders up to £14.99.
Returns & Refunds Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns within 30 days are refunded to the original payment method, while those beyond 30 days receive store credit. A 15% restocking fee applies for inspection and repackaging.
Refunds typically process within 4 weeks, including return shipping, processing, and bank clearance time. To return an item, please contact us with your order details. Items must be in their original packaging and properly packed.
Defective products will be replaced with the same model and style. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is manufacturer defective or damaged during shipping.
Electronics Serial Number Policy: Returned electronics must have matching serial numbers; mismatched items will not be refunded.
Damaged or Missing Goods: All items are inspected before shipping. If the package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and state "due to damaged packaging."
